Taxademics provides digital educational guides, spreadsheets, and planning tools. Review these terms and the product description before purchasing or using a toolkit.

Education, not a professional engagement

Website content and toolkits are general education, not individualized tax, legal, accounting, or investment advice. A purchase or website inquiry does not create a CPA-client or other professional relationship. Any professional engagement requires a separate agreement. Consult your own qualified adviser about your circumstances.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for accurate inputs, recordkeeping, verifying calculations and assumptions, and determining which rules apply to you. Tax laws and interpretations change. Products cover the tax year and scope stated in their descriptions; do not assume a prior-year file applies to another year or jurisdiction. No particular deduction, tax saving, election eligibility, or filing result is guaranteed.

Digital purchases and delivery

Products are digital files, not physical goods. Review the file format, tax year, included content, and software requirements before ordering. Future editions, updates, or personalized support are included only if expressly stated in the product description. Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Permitted use

Unless a product expressly provides a broader license, you receive a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the file for your own personal planning or your own business. You may make backup copies and edit input fields for that use. Do not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, sublicense, or remove ownership notices from the materials. A purchase does not transfer copyright or provide a license to distribute copies to clients or other businesses.

Limitations

We aim to provide useful, accurate tools, but do not warrant that every file is error-free or suitable for every situation. To the extent permitted by law, Taxademics is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate inputs, unsupported modifications, or reliance on a toolkit without checking its applicability. Nothing here excludes liability, warranties, or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Questions and changes

Contact us through the Meet Jenna page with product or order questions; do not submit confidential tax or financial records. We may update these terms prospectively. Changes do not remove rights that apply to an existing purchase.
